Cancellation Conditions

Any cancellation request must be sent by e-mail to icaira050262@gmail.com. The following fees apply to a registration cancellation or any additional-order cancellation:

  • Before August 15, 2026: 25% of the fee/additional order will be deducted.
  • Between August 15 – August 20, 2026 (included): 50% will be deducted.
  • After August 20, 2026: No refund (100% deducted).

In the event of a dispute, the only competent court will be the Court of Turkey.
